Art Club

Art Club meets the second and fourth Tuesday of the month.  Besides enjoying art together, we try to make MHS a more exciting and art-inviting place.  Art Club students complete large scale projects, such as the Homecoming Mural on the hill that is completed each year in the fall.  A craft booth at the Winter Arts Festival gives us an opportunity to sell handmade goods that include ceramic pieces and jewelry.  Art club tries to help our local community, such as donating hand knitted baby hats to nearby hospitals.  We also team up with the Environmental Club to raise money for causes such as the Cheetah Conservation Fund. 

All are welcome to attend. 

Meetings are held in the HS Art Room #210 every other Tuesday after school.
